Refund policy

There are no refunds, exchanges or warranties on any art pieces. All sales will be final. Please be sure to double check with the correct measurements in your desired space, to make sure your art piece will fit when it arrives.

Damages and issues

Please be sure you handle your one of a kind piece with care and delicacy. We are not responsible for damage caused by the shipping company or customer. 


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make a claim with the shipping company. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible via the contact page with your order number and a photo of the damage to the art. We will review these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards solution.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
